 If your tile & grout looks old and unsightly, professional tile & grout cleaning can in many cases bring it back to life.
Most tiled surfaces are never sealed after initial installation. Grout is cement. Cement is porous. A general cleaning usually entails using a mop and some type of floor cleaner. This will most likely remove only a small portion of soil. Most often the soil is trapped within the cement pores.
Professional tile and grout cleaning, also known as "Hard Surface Restoration" is very effective in restoring your ceramic tile and grout to new or "close to new" condition.
 This is achieved by applying alkaline or acidic chemicals to the surface to break down grease and soils. Then a patented "Turbo Hybrid" indoor pressure washer is utilized with 1000 psi pressure and 240 degrees of hot water to remove most soil. The soils and solutions are simultaneously vacuumed back to our waste tank on our vans. After this process, your floors can be sealed with a clear seal or color-sealed for a more uniformed look.
