Q: Does White Leaf use environmentally safe products?
A: Absolutely: There are now multiple suppliers offering GREEN cleaning solutions for today's professional cleaners and clients alike. Eco-friendly products have made great strides in recent years. White Leaf will use these products whenever possible.

Q: Does White Leaf guarantee their work?
A: Absolutely: If for some reason you are not satisfied with the results, we will do everything we can to rectify any issue in a timely manner.

Q: Is White Leaf Floor Care, Inc. certified and insured?
A: Absolutely: This is a question you should NEVER have to ask. Certification #: 161770. All technicians have been trained and certified through the IICRC (The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification). We are proud to be a member of the IICRC and welcome you to check our status on their website: www.iicrc.com

Founded in 1972, The IICRC is a non-profit organization representing over 3500 certified firms and more than 44,000 certified technicians in over 30 countries. The IICRC is extremely committed to not only cleaning methods and trainings, they are adamant about upholding industry professionalism. At White Leaf we share this same commitment to excellence.

Q: Does White Leaf apply any carpet protector?
A: Yes, this is a service we offer. 3M™Scotchgard or Dupont Teflon® can be applied to help protect your carpet(s) from stains and allow for spills to be removed before setting deep into the fibers. Most carpet comes from the mills with a protector already applied. After some time, Scotchgard will wear away, especially in higher traffic areas. Reapplying this will allow your carpets to better effectively repel dirt and soil. Your vacuum cleaner will then have a much greater chance of removing the dry soil during your regular maintenance.

Q: Why should I clean my carpets every 12 months?
A: This next statement might sound like a "scare tactic" however it is a stone cold FACT. Carpets act like a giant filter. They attract unwanted elements such as:
Pet dander
• micro-organisms
• dust and dust mites
• soil
• pollens
• allergens
• and other unwanted contaminants.

Indoor air quality can be improved greatly by having your carpets and rugs cleaned professionally. The " IICRC" teaches:
"Clean first for health reasons, second for appearance."
